Leave requests and approval

Can coaches see their rota on their own phone?
Yes. Coaches see their classes in the app and can subscribe to their teaching rota from Apple or Google Calendar.
How does leave work?
A coach requests time off in the app and a manager approves or declines it. Any class left without a coach is flagged as soon as the request is made.
Does it handle more than one location?
Yes. The schedule and the shared calendar work across rooms and locations, and staff tied to one site see that site.
Can it work out what to pay coaches?
Payroll totals what each coach has taught against their rates and gives you an export. Only staff with payroll permission can see it.
