Where do leads come from?
From the form on your own website, your hosted Buluo enquiry page, a CSV import, front-desk conversations and people who start a trial in the app. They all land in the same pipeline.
Can I change what the automatic emails say?
Yes. Each autopilot step has wording you can edit, with placeholders for your gym's name and the trial time. You can preview a message and send yourself a test before switching it on.
How does a lead become a member?
You can add a lead as a member in one step. When they pay for a membership or pass the lead moves to Joined on its own, so your conversion numbers stay honest.
Can I manage leads from my phone?
Yes. Leads are in the owner app with the pipeline, each lead's timeline and email, and a push notification when a new enquiry arrives.
