Do I need a separate email tool?
No. Segments, campaigns and workflows are built into Buluo and work directly from your member data, so there is nothing to export or sync.
What can a workflow do?
A workflow enrols members when a condition is met, then runs steps over time: a push notification, an email or a task assigned to staff.
Can I message a list that Ask Buluo gave me?
Yes. When an Ask Buluo answer lists members, you can turn it into a campaign draft and review it in Marketing before sending.
How do unsubscribes work?
Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link. Members who use it are excluded from future campaigns automatically, while booking and payment messages still reach them.
